EcomSaaS
2026Multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS platform with clean architecture, storefront and vendor apps, shared domain packages, and blockchain-ready product direction.
Overview
EcomSaaS is a scalable multi-tenant commerce platform built as a serious architecture and product exercise. The system is designed to support vendor-managed storefronts, shared platform services, and future blockchain-enabled workflows without collapsing into a tightly coupled monolith.
Why it matters
This project reflects the kind of work I enjoy most: designing systems where product requirements, shared abstractions, infrastructure decisions, and long-term maintainability all need to line up. It sits directly in the overlap between full-stack product development, platform thinking, and blockchain-adjacent architecture.
Architecture choices
Monorepo with explicit boundaries — The codebase is organized around clients, backends, domain packages, contracts, infrastructure, and blockchain concerns. That makes it easier to keep product velocity without losing architectural clarity.
Clean architecture emphasis — Shared domain and application layers make the system easier to reason about as features grow across storefront, vendor, and API surfaces.
Blockchain-ready platform direction — The roadmap includes crypto payments, rewards, and blockchain integrations, but the underlying commerce foundation remains useful on its own instead of depending on Web3 gimmicks.
Portfolio-grade engineering discipline — Documentation, conventions, typed contracts, and test structure are part of the project, not afterthoughts. The point is not only to ship features, but to show the shape of a system built to evolve.
